It seems that a large percentage of potential musical talent out there
just DON’T seem to understand the basics of ‘ selling ‘ themselves !
Unlike the ridiculous concept of the X Factor , where you are Joe Blogs
one day and the next you are supposedly a Global Superstar , in the real
world , where we are looking for some one to front our project , the amount of
people who contact us and likewise the people we contact , for some
inexplicable reason , DON’T have an example of their singing voice or a
simple picture of themselves , where people like us can actually see what you
look like and hear what you sound like ! Not an unreasonable request , is it ?
CALL US CRAZY . . . if you wish , but we , here at RIPAL , are
willing to do this for you at our Micro Studio . . . ABSOLUTELY F R E E ! !

I can’t say I’m not disappointed that our effort for the HEROES of this country
is falling on a lethargic LOCAL PRESS . Despite our attempts to contact some of the
tabloids , no attempts , it seems, have been made to even acknowledge
our pleas . I and our team feel let down somewhat .
It has become apparent that you have to give the ‘Donors ’ some form of notoriety
before they will dip ( . . . even modestly ! ) into their pockets .
That having been said , I would like to thank all who have contributed to our
’ scheme ’and hope you have enjoyed our CHRISTMAS SONG . . . It is still not too late .
